หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Design, develop, and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities across the organization.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with department heads and translate findings into strategic learning plans.
• Develop, maintain, and improve the Performance Management System (PMS), including KPIs setting, monitoring, and performance evaluation processes.
• Provide guidance to departments in setting SMART KPIs that align with company goals.
• Monitor and analyze employee performance data and provide reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, including surveys, focus groups, and internal communication campaigns.
• Plan and execute employee activities and programs to strengthen corporate culture and employee morale.
• Serve as an internal coach to promote continuous feedback and performance development culture.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are aligned with company values and expectations.
• Collaborate with external training vendors and consultants as needed.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HRD, L&D, or employee engagement
• Strong understanding of KPIs setting, performance management systems, and data analysis.
• Experience in designing and delivering training or development programs.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive, innovative, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with HRIS or PMS tools is a plus.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
